What treatments do you offer?

Jules Beauty Studio offers Hands-On Facial Therapy, Advanced Skin Treatments, Essential Facial Treatments, Lash Lifts and Brow Shaping.

Hands-On Facial Therapy includes Manual Face Lift, FaceUp Method, Reface Therapy and Acupoint Face Lift.

Advanced Skin Treatments include Biome Milk Peel and Revival Shot Facial.

What is the difference between Hands-On Facial Therapy, Advanced Skin Treatments and Essential Facial Treatments?

Hands-On Facial Therapy works primarily with the muscles, fascia, lymphatic pathways and other facial structures through touch.

Advanced Skin Treatments focus more directly on the condition and appearance of the skin using active Korean resurfacing systems and supportive skincare ingredients.

Essential Facial Treatments focus on cleansing, hydration and general skin maintenance. They may be a gentler place to begin if you are not looking for deeper hands-on work or active resurfacing.

Your choice depends on whether your main concern is facial tension and contour, the condition of your skin, or a combination of both.

Which Hands-On Facial Therapy is right for me?

Each method has a different focus:

- Manual Face Lift may suit you if your face feels puffy or heavy, or if you prefer a gentle, calming treatment.

- FaceUp Method may suit deeper, long-held tension through the face, jaw, neck and scalp, or those drawn to a somatic treatment that considers the nervous system and body as a whole.

- Reface Therapy may suit you if you prefer precise, anatomy-led work focused on tissue mobility and how different facial structures work together.

- Acupoint Face Lift may suit you if you are drawn to a gentle, holistic treatment using selected acupoints and meridian pathways, guided by the traditional principle of balancing Yin and Yang.

How do I choose between Biome Milk Peel and Revival Shot Facial?

- Biome Milk Peel may suit dull, rough or uneven-looking skin, the appearance of pigmentation or a build-up of dead skin cells. It combines four exfoliating acids with probiotics, propolis, milk protein and grape-derived exosomes to support a smoother, brighter appearance, hydration and the skin barrier.

- Revival Shot Facial may suit dull or uneven-looking skin, rough texture, visible pores, fine lines and early changes in firmness. Often described as microneedling without needles, it combines one million ultra-fine spicules with a concentrated booster containing grape-derived exosomes, peptides, salmon DNA (PDRN), growth factors and multiple forms of hyaluronic acid.

About Hands-On Facial Therapy

What is buccal massage?

Buccal massage is an intraoral technique that works with the muscles inside the mouth using fresh, single-use gloves. It provides another way to access tension through the cheeks, jaw and around the mouth.

Pressure is adjusted to your comfort, and buccal massage can be omitted if you would prefer not to receive it.

Can facial therapy help with jaw tension or TMD?

Hands-On Facial Therapy may support muscular relaxation, comfort and movement around the jaw, cheeks, temples and neck.

It does not diagnose or treat TMD or dental conditions. Ongoing pain, jaw locking, swelling, recent injury or unexplained symptoms should be assessed by an appropriate medical or dental professional.

What makes FaceUp Method a somatic facial?

FaceUp Method considers more than the face alone. It works with fascia, breath, posture, body awareness and the way the nervous system responds during treatment.

Some people experience deep relaxation, a sense of physical release or emotions arising during the treatment. Others simply feel calm and rested. There is no expectation that an emotional response needs to happen.

Will I see a difference after one Hands-On Facial Therapy session?

Some people notice a less puffy, more relaxed or naturally defined appearance after one session. For others, changes are more gradual and develop over several treatments.

Every face responds differently, so results and how long they last cannot be guaranteed.

About Advanced Skin Treatments

Does Revival Shot Facial use needles?

Revival Shot Facial does not use metal needles or a microneedling device. It uses one million ultra-fine spicules that are pressed and massaged across the skin as part of the resurfacing process.

What does Revival Shot Facial feel like?

Revival Shot Facial has a distinctive sensation. Prickling, warmth or tightness may be felt during and after the appointment, sometimes for two to three days.

Mild swelling may also occur. Every skin responds differently, and treatment-specific aftercare will be provided.

Are the treatments suitable for sensitive skin?

Not every treatment is suitable for every person with sensitive skin.

Essential Facial Treatments may provide a gentler place to begin. Biome Milk Peel and Revival Shot Facial require more careful consideration because they are active resurfacing treatments.

Please let me know about skin sensitivity, allergies, medications and previous reactions before booking.

Before and After Your Appointment

What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first visit begins with a consultation and treatment form. We will discuss what you are noticing, relevant health information, recent cosmetic or dental procedures and what you would like from your appointment.

I will explain the treatment and check your comfort throughout the session. You are always welcome to ask questions, request a pressure change or pause the treatment.

How should I prepare for a facial?

Please arrive with a clean face or minimal makeup when possible.

Let me know about allergies, pregnancy, medications, recent procedures or changes in your health before treatment. Preparation and aftercare may differ for active skin treatments, so any treatment-specific instructions will be provided to you.

Can I have a facial treatment while pregnant?

Some treatments may be suitable during pregnancy, but please contact me before booking.

Manual Face Lift and FaceUp Method may be adapted if you are comfortable lying on your back, and buccal massage is optional. Some acupoints and active skin treatments may not be appropriate during pregnancy.

If you have any medical concerns, please seek advice from your healthcare provider before booking.

How long should I wait after injectables, threads or surgery?

As a general minimum, please wait:

- Four weeks after Botox

- Six weeks after dermal fillers

- Twelve weeks after threads

- Four months after dental implants

- One year after a facelift or facial surgery, with medical clearance

Please wait longer if you are still healing or have received different instructions from your treating practitioner.

What should I do after Hands-On Facial Therapy?

Drink water, take a gentle walk if you feel comfortable and allow yourself time to rest.

Some people feel deeply relaxed, tired or slightly light-headed after treatment. Listen to your body and follow any individual aftercare or home exercises provided.

Lash and Brow Appointments

How should I prepare for a lash or brow appointment?

Please avoid waterproof mascara, heavy eye makeup, brow products and using an eyelash curler for at least 24 hours before your appointment.

After a lash lift or brow treatment, avoid water, steam, strenuous exercise and makeup around the treated area for the first 24 hours unless you are advised otherwise.

Where is Jules Beauty Studio located?

Jules Beauty Studio is a private home studio in Doncaster East, Melbourne. The exact address is provided after booking.

Free street parking is available nearby. Please use street parking rather than parking in the driveway.

What are your opening hours?

Jules Beauty Studio is open by appointment only. Current appointment times are shown in the online booking calendar.

How can I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked through the online booking system.

If you cannot find a suitable time or are unsure which treatment to choose, please contact me.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash is preferred. Credit and debit card payments are also accepted with a 1.9% card surcharge.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 20% late-change fee. Missed appointments without notice will incur a 50% no-show fee.

Do you offer treatment packages, referrals or gift vouchers?

Three-session treatment packages receive 10% off.

Gift vouchers are available for anyone who would like to give a treatment or moment of care to someone special.
